When Are My Benefits Effective? You must enroll in the benefits within 30 days of your eligibility period. Coverage will begin on the first day of the month coinciding with or following your date of hire.

Who’s Eligible? If you are regular employee working 30 or more hours per week, you are eligible to enroll in health, flex and disability benefits. The following family members may be enrolled as your dependents:
