How it works

There is a new permission for users and access groups that controls if a user can move applicants between workflow stages

If a user has the role and has visibility over an applicant they will be able to move them between stages

<aside> 💡 Important note: All existing users and access groups have been given the permission to ensure we don’t change functionality for anyone already using the platform. All new users will get the permissions set out in the chosen access group. All pinpoint users added for sales demos, or granted access will have the permission

It gives clients more granularity in the permissions they can assign to users, and allows them to customize the platform more for their needs
