How it works

If you enable split view for an application that has question answers present, you’ll notice that there is now a separate section entirely within split view:

You can also scroll on each side independently:

Why should you care?

When reviewing candidates using split view, having a separate section for application answers allows users to more easily make quick decisions about the candidate in question. Additionally, independent scrolling for each side of the view just generally offers a more flexible, intuitive and helpful UI for reviewing candidates.
