How it works

When setting up scorecards and creating questions clients can choose between two question types ‘Text’ and ‘Yes/no’

Choosing yes/no changes the expected response when a user is filling out a scorecard. Instead of expecting a written response the user just picks Yes or No

Similar to written answers yes/no answers do not feed into the overall score shown on the scorecard ratings page on a job, that is calculated using purely the ratings. Answers to yes / no questions are shown in the ‘Feedback’ alongside answers to text questions

Why should you care?

It gives clients more options when setting up scorecards. We have heard specific use cases around asking knockout questions. It also makes it quicker and easier to fill out scorecards.
