Job managers and interview managers will see a new button on the application interviews tab:
Once you click Log Interview, the following drawer will open:
All fields with the exception of interviewing team are required, and the interview must be created in the past (otherwise the form will error).
After filling out this form and pressing submit, a historical interview record will appear on the application interviews tab (as pictured above in the first screenshot).
Historical interviews that have been managed outside of Pinpoint can now be added to a candidate’s record, and then tracked and reported on from within the platform. Not only is this valuable to organisations/teams who have varied and/or unpredictable hiring processes, it should also make things easier for new customers that migrate to us from another ATS that want to add interview records from their previous system. Overall it is a general quality of life improvement that offers users greater flexibility within the app.
