From the interview table or from the applicant page specifically you can choose to mark an interview as ‘No show’
We have also added an applicants presence at the interview into the interview insight hub widget. You can choose to group by or filter by the presence.
Currently it’s not possible to see when a candidate has not shown up for an interview in the platform. If the hiring process and interview are being handled by different people then we are adding additional complication into the process by forcing people to communicate outside of Pinpoint
Adding the attribute into the insights hub means that recruiters can keep track of the number of candidates that aren’t turning up to interviews in aggregate. The insights can be grouped by hiring manager, job, location etc. to allow users to report on the things that important to them.
