This feature is basically for HAG, however other companies with high volume of applicants will find it useful too.
For this feature to work you need to have the following company setting enabled:
It’s a bit cheeky of us, but we realised we could just get away with re-using this company setting because it’s generally pretty closely related, it saves us having to define another setting, and it won’t be used by everybody.
Anyway, once that setting is enabled, our users will see the following callout on an application’s submission page if that particular candidate has been hired for another role:
Please note it will only be displayed on this Application tab.
To reiterate, this was basically built for HAG, and the reason is because they were running into an issue where they were basically moving candidates to hired who had already been hired for another role. Coupled with the Other Applications tab, this little enhancement should provide users with more visibility regarding a candidate’s other applications.
